Great 1st Workout everyone!!! I will be posting all the workouts here so that you can look back at what we have done each week. If you have any questions feel free to ask me. 6 Weeks of Training combined with Yoga and Nutrition

Beth Wnorowski and Jen Mayer will guide you through the next 6 weeks through twice a week strength training and once a week Yoga. You will be guided nutritionally during the challenge by Jen and Beth with recipes, different ideas about what to eat and fun challenges.
