Beginning February. Jen Mayer will be teaching a Yoga On- Ramp course.
You will learn the foundational elements of vinyas yoga: Ujjayl breath, the breakdown of sun salutations.
after the on-ramp, Jen will continue to offer her Power Vinyasa Yoga class. If you wish to participate in Power Vinyasa Yoga, it is recommended that you attend the yoga on-ramp. This will be a challenging but informative class and a smart way to learn the yoga poses and be safe at the same time.
