FIT 4 JUICE!!!

Starting December 5th, we will be conducting a 4 day Juice only diet.. Enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables freshly juiced.  Take in loads of nutrients and feel healthier than you ever have felt.  Juicing has only positive effects on the body.  It reduces inflammation, increases energy, resets your body to help regain or improve health.  You can not argue with eat your fruits and veggies, juicing just increases the amount of nutrients we can take in by reducing the veggies and fruits into a liquid state.  There is absolutely no side effects, or problems with juicing.  It is not a fast, it is not a caloric deprivation diet, it does not require special supplements.  You basically will be giving your body what it needs on a daily basis and be cutting all the harmful processed grains, processed fats, processed proteins,  sodium, and toxic liquids such as caffein and alcohol.  Give your body a break for just 4 days out of your entire life.
